- Real-time, 24-hour monitoring, alerting, and remediation of IT issues through our Managed Services Platform and Help Desk
- A Service Level Agreement that defines and guarantees response times to critical issues
- Unlimited access to our 24-hour Help Desk and on-call technicians for all service related issues
- Priority remote and onsite service when issues do arise
- Access to our Client Portal which allows you access and visibility right into our Help Desk Ticketing system where you can report new support tickets and check status on existing ones
- Scheduled routine server and systems maintenance* (after-hours service available for an additional monthly fee)
- Management of software licenses, software support contracts, and hardware service contracts
- Customized monthly reports detailing network and systems general health, specific issues, open and closed support tickets, and any other items requested
- A dedicated Technical Account Manager (TAM) to use as your single point of contact for all non-service related issues
